This week I’ve been busy with work on our major project for the semester. The project involves creating a suite of ‘publications/products’ centering around a major event. My event will be ‘Head Over Heels’ – a national foot model convention… The initial tasks, besides the project plan published in last week’s post, have been to design a symbol and event name for the Convention. Here they are…
I’ve also been looking into some specific Photoshop Tutorials of late (along with the rest of my extremely diligent classmates). Here are some examples of some of the easier tutorials I’ve completed in the last couple of days (photo used was taken at Melbourne Spencer Street Station):
1. Coloured bars abstract background tutorial from PSD Tutes.
2. New photo turned into an old photo tutorial from Photoshop Essentials.
I also stumbled a helpful web (and other) design blog this week called i can be creative, which includes helpful design tutorials, creative ideas and insights etc… Worth a look!
